Celebrate Independencia de Mexico at Gabbi’s! Every September 16th, the streets of Mexico are filled with fireworks, music, and celebration. Father Miguel Hidalgo’s famous speech called “El Grito de Delores” began the Mexican revolution that freed Mexico from Spanish rule.

Beginning today, we will be featuring our classic Chile en Nogada, along with a festive cocktail, specialty tequila flight, and dessert.
